With over 40 years of experience in the Luxury Real Estate Industry, and a proven track record of success, I have positively contributed to the commercial strategies of multi-national organisations while also establishing and driving the success of my own real estate agencies and that of others nationally and being the ex CEO of Coldwell Banker Australia for 12 years.

As an energetic, motivational leader, I am able to lead and empower a high-performing team while driving the development and execution of Sale Strategies to propel performance, profitability and return on investments. Recently in 2023 I acquired the rights to ERA Queensland and the background to this Global Franchise is 

ERA Queensland is part of a Worldwide Network of Real Estate offices spanning 36 Countries, 2390 offices Worldwide with 40,000 + Agents Globally under the Parent Company www.anywhere.re based in New York, USA.

Apac Realty is a Singaporean Listed Company who controls 646 ERA offices and 22,000 ERA agents in Asia via Franchising and Company owned stores based in Southeast Asia Countries of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam & Cambodia.

 
ERA Queensland Real Estate is a wholly owned Australian Company owned by Alex Caraco CEO.

This is a Franchise & Direct Real Estate Model Business based in Brisbane & Gold Coast initially and we will open in Mermaid Beach & Palm Beach in 2024.
